It depends on whether you purchased a graphic for re-use. If you are just buying merch with a custom graphic we retain the rights to those graphics. If you are interested in purchasing a single graphic to have the files for re-use, we can work that out, contact us!
You’ll receive high-resolution files in .PNG, .SVG, .PDF, and .EPS—ready for print, web, or merch.
Yes. Every custom project includes at least 2 rounds of revisions to make sure it's exactly what you want.
Depends on the complexity, but most designs are finalized within 3–5 business days. Rush options available if you're in a crunch.
